That's why we started The Care Fund, through our Bridges of Hope program, where Care Navigators walk alongside neighbors facing challenges with compassion, connection, and practical support.

We met them through our Bridges of Hope program, where a Care Navigator walks alongside our neighbors in challenging seasons. As we got to know them, they opened up about what they were facing — he'd lost his job, bills had piled up, and their landlord was about to start the eviction process.
The landlord agreed to accept partial payments, and between our help and income from his new job, the couple got caught up. Their family got to stay in the home they love.
That's what The Care Fund does, fills gaps and brings hope to families, just like this one.
